Flood Hazard Information

PUBLIC NOTICE
As a public service to the community, the St. Augustine Planning and Building Department provides the following Flood Hazard Information upon request:

• Whether a property is located within a special flood hazard area (SFHA) as shown on the St. Johns County Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM),

• Base Flood Elevations as shown on the St. Johns County FIRM maps,

• Elevation certificates for structures built after 1991 and located within a SFHA.
