Making Payments

The City of St. Augustine offers several convenient methods of paying for parking tickets or monthly water bills for both commercial and residential accounts.

Payments may be made by returning a check or money order in the self addressed envelope provided with the ticket or the utility bill either through the mail or in the convenient drop box located by the drive-thru window on Granada Street. Payment may be made in person with cash, money order, check or credit card at the Financial Services Center or over the phone with a credit card by calling 904-825-1037. Credit cards are not accepted for payment of parking tickets.

The Financial Services Center is located at 50 Bridge St.
