  For half a century, visitors to St. Augustine have made the St. Augustine/St. Johns County Visitor Information Center their first stop upon arriving in the Nation’s Oldest City. Commonly known as the “VIC,” the center offers easy and convenient parking, plentiful restrooms, a snack bar, along with friendly hosts sharing information on all the area's attractions, museums, tours, accommodations, restaurants and unique shopping opportunities.

  The VIC is where a St. Augustine vacation begins, whether you plan to stay a day, a weekend or an entire week. And now the great services offered by the VIC have gotten better.

  As part of a $20 million dollar investment by the City of St. Augustine into improved visitor services, the VIC has completed a major redevelopment.  The City opened the Historic Downtown Parking Facility, a nearly 1,200 car parking garage immediately adjacent to the VIC. Together the parking facility and the new VIC will greatly enhance the services visitors have come to expect from the VIC.
