Financial Services

The Finance, Budget & Management Department serves the community of St. Augustine by safeguarding the city's assets, maximizing the use of city revenue and efficiently providing accurate and timely information to the city commission, city management and the general public. As such, it is this department's responsibility to plan for the city's future financial needs and to implement responsible fiscal strategies for the city's operation. The department is dedicated to a firm policy of excellence in customer service.

In addition, the department aids all other departments by ensuring efficient operations thus enabling them to more effectively serve the community with the highest degree of customer satisfaction achievable.

The department's customer service representatives will assist in establishing new water service accounts Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm.
