Resident information brochure has answers
The City of St. Augustine has a new brochure with information aimed at increasing the understanding of services offered to the city’s residential communities, and hopes to answer many frequently asked questions.
In addition to daily living information such as household garbage and recycling collection, rental restrictions in Residential Zones compared to Historic Zones, and vehicle parking, the brochure also addresses broader concerns such as how to file a housing discrimination complaint, submit a public records request, or notify the city if you face challenges participating in city programs due to civil rights or ADA issues.
It is the perfect quick reference for new residents, rental tenants, as well as long-time residents who may not be familiar with some of the basic rules and services offered by the city.
