The city offers several methods of paying monthly water bills for both commercial and residential accounts, paying parking tickets, and a number of other fees.
Payment in person
Payment may be made in person with cash, money order, check or credit card at the Financial Services Center, 50 Bridge St. or in the convenient drop-box located at the drive-thru window on Granada Street side of the building.
Payment by mail
Payments may be made by returning a check or money order in the self addressed envelope provided with the ticket or utility bill.
Payment by phone and credit card
Payments may also be made over the phone with a credit card.
For parking ticket payments call 904.825.1034.
For utility payments, call 904.825.1037.
Utility customers also have the option of calling the city's automated phone service at 904.825.1032 anytime to get current information about accounts. Please have account number ready when making the call.
Payment on-line for utility customers
The city has recently added an online payment option for utility customers that is free of charge.
To view the option, click here.
To create a first time log-in, customers will click “Log In” in the top right of the screen and then “Register." Once logged in, you must enter your account number and customer identification number to link your utility account. That information is available by sending an email to UtilityBilling@citystaug.com requesting account information. Please note that process is only necessary in these early days of the system as new utility bills will include this information.
