The city offers several methods of paying monthly water bills for both commercial and residential accounts, paying parking tickets, and a number of other fees.
1. Payment in person
Payments may be made in person with cash, money order, check, VISA or MasterCard at the Financial Services Center, 50 Bridge St. or in the convenient drop-box located at the drive-thru window on the Granada St. (west) side of the building.
2. Payment by mail
Payments may be made by returning a check or money order in the self addressed envelope provided with the ticket or utility bill to Financial Services Center, 50 Bridge St., St. Augustine, FL 32084.
3. Payment by phone
Payments may be made over the phone with a VISA or MasterCard credit card by calling 904.825.1037
4. Payment on-line for utility customers
Utility customers may make payments online free of charge. To view the option, click here. To create a first time log-in, customers will click “Log In” in the top right of the screen and then “Register." Once logged in, you must enter your account number and CID (customer identification number) located on the utility bill to link your utility account.
5. Payment by bank draft
Payments can be automatically drafted from a customer's bank account each month by completing the form here and returning it to email@example.com.
