Neighborhood Council of St. Augustine, Inc.

The quarterly meetings of the Neighborhood Council of St. Augustine, Inc. are held on the second Wednesday during the months of September, December, and March. The June meeting, which functions as both the quarterly and the annual meeting, may have a different location and starting time, which will be determined each year.

In addition to the quarterly meetings, a series of neighborhood meetings will be held on the last Wednesday of the month during the months of October, January, April and July. The time and date is determined by the host neighborhood association. The purpose of the meeting is to provide individual focus on the host neighborhood in an informal setting and will serve to highlight both the uniqueness of that area as well as the commonality of that neighborhood and its association to the other neighborhood associations and neighborhood council. The host neighborhood will provide notification of the location, start time, planned activities and agenda items (if needed) to the council representatives.

In addition, as each Neighborhood Association sponsors a meeting, the delegate of that neighborhood association will also take on the role as neighborhood council spokesperson for the period of time from their hosted meeting until the next meeting hosted by a neighborhood association.
