All signs require a sign permit including temporary signage. For the purposes of city ordinances, signs are regulated by type, size, placement, and quantity and determined by the sign zone applicable to the property. Additionally, properties located in one of the five historic zoning districts (HP1-HP5) and properties located on an entry corridor (San Marco, King St., Anastasia Blvd.) must comply with the Architectural Guidelines for Historic Preservation (AGHP) or Entry Corridor Design Guidelines, respectively.
