Welcome to the official web site of St. Augustine’s Concerts in the Plaza, the free outdoor concert series held in the historic Plaza de la Constitucion every Thursday from the first week of April through the end of the summer.
Reminiscent of days gone by when friends and families would gather in the early evening to listen to music in the town square, Concerts in the Plaza brings a wide variety of musical entertainment to the historic downtown all summer long.

St. Augustine's historic Plaza de la Constitución is the site for Concerts in the Plaza's weekly performances every Thursday through August.
Now in its 17th season, St. Augustine’s Concerts in the Plaza, is truly a summer tradition. Bluegrass, blues, jazz, country, swing, folk, old-time, pop, Concerts in the Plaza has something for everyone.
The free two-hour performances are staged every Thursday at 7:00pm through the end of August from The Gazebo in St. Augustine’s historic Plaza de la Constitución. Those attending may wish to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the Plaza de la Constitución.
Concerts in the Plaza, which started the first week in April, is made possible by the City of St. Augustine with support from Florida East Coast Industries, The St. Augustine Record, the Historic St. Augustine Area Council of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce, Sunny 94.1 / WSOS-FM and the St. Johns County Tourist Development Council.
Concerts in the Plaza prides itself on providing a variety of entertainment by showcasing the best in local musical talent. This season features some of the most popular bands from past seasons as well as some new faces. For a complete schedule, click here.

Skin and Bonz and the Big Hungry Boys (above) will fill the Plaza with the best in old time and bluegrass music and are sure to have the audience square dancing before the evening’s over.
Mid-Life Crisis (below), always a crowd pleaser, will perform on the final Thursday night concert with lots of favorites from the grand old days of rock ‘n roll.

A free shuttle runs between the Plaza and the Historic Downtown Parking Facility until 10:00pm on Thursdays when concerts are scheduled. Parking at the facility is $1.25 per hour with a maximum of $7.50, or during some peak holidays, the fee is $5.00 paid upon entry.
Concerts in the Plaza rarely cancels a performance. As it often said: The only way you’ll know if a concert is cancelled is to be there. Performances will be cancelled only if the safety of the performers and the audience is deemed in jeopardy. If a concert is cancelled in advance, every effort will be made to notify the public through the local media.
