For anyone wanting to move around and through St. Augustine during the Gentlemen of the Road Stopover on September 13 and 14 there is one way to go: The Shuttle.
Six distinct routes with nine stops will link historic downtown St. Augustine and Francis Field, site of the event, to the satellite parking location at the Northeast Florida Regional Airport and to the areas of Hwy A1A S. to Crescent Beach, Vilano Beach, the I-95/SR-16 interchange, and the World Golf Village.
Specific to the I-95/SR-16 interchange area, a shuttling system will collect passengers from the various hotel clusters, and coordinate pickup/drop-off at the central Courtyard Marriott shuttle stop. For a map of the routes and stops, visit www.GOTRstaug.com and follow the Transit link or click the image below.
The shuttle will operate from 10:00am on Friday and Saturday, September 13 and 14 until 3:00am the following morning, with continuous drop off and pick up at designated stops.
Purchase of a wristband allows unlimited rides on all shuttle six routes and two days free parking at the event’s park-and-ride parking location Northeast Florida Regional Airport. Wristbands are valid for both Friday and Saturday; single-day wristbands are not available. Children aged five and younger ride free if accompanied by a ticketed parent or guardian. A Gentlemen of the Road Stopover ticket is not required to purchase a shuttle wristband. Wristbands will not permit access to the Gentlemen of the Road Stopover event site.
As an added benefit, the wristband grants the wearer access to Shuttle Perks, a vast array of discounts being offered by local retailers, restaurants and attractions to showcase all that St. Augustine has to offer.
Wristbands are $30 each and may be purchased in advance www.GOTRstaug.com and following the Transit link.
