Start Your Visit Here
For half a century, visitors to St. Augustine have made the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Visitor Information Center their first stop upon arriving in the Nation’s Oldest City. Commonly known as the “VIC,” the center offers information on special and cultural events, brochures and guidebooks for the area's attractions, clean restrooms, and a gift shop. Ample parking is available right next door at the Historic Downtown Parking Facility
Our friendly VIC staff are fully licensed tour guide hosts who gladly share information on attractions, museums, tours, accommodations, restaurants and unique shopping opportunities. The VIC is where a St. Augustine visit begins, whether you plan to stay a day, a weekend, a week, or an entire lifetime! For information, call 904 825 1000, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Located at 10 W. Castillo Drive, (32084) the VIC is open 364 days a year (closed only on Christmas Day), from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
