The City of St. Augustine Heritage Fund

The City of St. Augustine Heritage Fund receives no regular funding from any government agency therefore sponsors and gifts are an essential component of funding for historic preservation efforts.

A major sponsored event is the Noche de Gala, a formal masked ball and dinner celebrating the birthday of Menendez de Aviles, the founder of St. Augustine.  The ball is held the last Saturday of February each year.
