Early in 2004, the City’s Department of Public Affairs launched InSight, a quarterly newsletter with one simple goal: to provide timely and accurate information to the residents and taxpayers of the city.

InSight is included with utility bills mailed during February, May, August, and November.  InSight can also be picked up at the Financial Services Center at 50 Bridge St.
